Precision CNC machining — prototype to production DFM + quote in 24 h · willxu@broadbiz.shop
Broad Precision

Swiss-type turning · 3/4/5-axis milling · in-house finishing

Complex parts. Prototype to production. No MOQ.

Broad Precision is a CNC machine shop in southern China. We turn and mill complex parts — Swiss-type shafts, 5-axis housings, multi-cavity plates — hold ±0.01 mm where it matters, and finish them under the same roof. Hardware, robotics and industrial teams in the US and EU send us drawings; we send back DFM reviews in 24 hours.

Swiss-type turning

Ø0.3–32 mm bar. Slender, stepped, threaded parts in one pass.

02

CNC turning

Chuck & shaft work to Ø450 mm, mirror finishes.

03

Milling 3·4·5-axis

Housings, plates, multi-cavity and freeform geometry.

04

Sheet metal

Enclosures, brackets, chassis — machined + fabricated.

Finishing

Anodize · plating · e-coat · paint, under one roof.

01 · The floor

A real shop floor, not a trading company

This is where your parts run. CNC turning, Swiss-type lathes and machining centers on one floor, with surface finishing downstream — so one purchase order covers the whole part.

04 · The honest part

No ISO 9001 certificate. Here's what you get instead.

We'd rather show you the floor than frame a certificate. Every claim below is something you can verify before you spend a cent on production.

A

First-article inspection report with every part

Dimensional FAI against your drawing, in the box with the shipment. No report, no shipment.

B

Third-party inspection welcome

SGS, BV, TÜV or your own inspector — book them, we'll put the parts on their table.

C

Live video walk-through

See the machines, the floor and your parts being made — a live tour before you commit.

D

NDA signed before your files

Yours or ours, signed and returned before you send a single STEP file.

E

Start with one piece

We'll machine a single part first. Judge the work, then talk batches — not the other way round.

F

Fixed person, fixed answer

You talk to Will directly — the same engineer from quote to delivery, no agent chain.

05 · How an order runs

Drawing in. Parts out. Four steps.

STEP 01

Send your drawing

STEP / IGES / DWG / PDF. NDA first if you prefer — it's a one-day turnaround.

STEP 02

DFM + quote, 24 h

A real engineer reviews manufacturability: what we'd hold in one pass, where a tolerance relax can cut cost.

STEP 03

FAI sample

First article machined and shipped with its inspection report. You measure, we don't just claim.

STEP 04

Batch & repeat

Production with the approved process, finished and packed. Repeat orders skip straight to scheduling.

07 · Questions buyers actually ask

FAQ

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. We machine one-off prototypes and support the same part through batch production and repeat orders. Most first orders are 1–10 pieces.

Are you ISO 9001 certified?

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Instead you get: a first-article inspection report with every part, third-party inspection (SGS/BV/TÜV) welcome, a live video walk-through of our floor, and an NDA signed before you send files. You judge the parts, not the paperwork.

How fast will I get a quote?

Send a STEP, IGES or PDF drawing and you'll have a DFM review and a quote within one business day.

How do you protect my designs?

We sign your NDA — or send ours — before you share files. Drawings are used only for quoting and production, and we can confirm deletion in writing at any time.

What tolerances can you hold?

±0.05 mm as standard, ±0.01 mm on critical features on our Swiss-type lathes and machining centers.

Do you handle surface finishing and shipping?

Yes — anodizing, plating, e-coating and painting are done in-house and with long-term partners under one roof, and we ship worldwide by DHL/FedEx/air/sea with export paperwork handled.

One part or ten thousand. If a feature is better done another way, we'll tell you that too — an honest "no" is part of the service.
